David Sanders is an Applied Movement Neurology Practitioner, Personal Trainer and Stress Resilience Coach specialising in movement science, nervous system training and lifestyle strategies. He works with individuals and professionals to improve health and performance. During the week David will deliver sessions on coaching skills, movement neurology and strength training within a wellness practice.

Wez Pooley is the Chief Operating Officer at Optimum Performance Academy, with over 20 years of experience in elite sport, performance coaching, education, and personalised health. Combining expertise in sports science, genetics, and coaching, he helps practitioners, athletes, and organisations improve performance, wellbeing, and long-term health through evidence-based solutions.

Lee Smith is a certified Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, NLP and Timeline Therapy, with a long-standing fascination for human behaviour and the power of the subconscious mind. Since first exploring the subject in 2002, he has continued to study communication, behaviour and personal change, gaining further training from leading practitioners including Mike Mandel, Ali Campbell and the UK Hypnosis Academy. Lee brings a thoughtful, practical approach to helping people create positive change.
