The Applied Wellness Course trains health and fitness professionals to deliver advanced, evidence-based wellness coaching that goes beyond standard programming. Across eight modules, you will learn to build a complete client baseline through health assessment, body composition, and performance testing, then apply that data to exercise programming, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. The course also develops literacy in reading blood panels and other medical test results, evaluating supplements and longevity compounds, and understanding functional and regenerative medicine modalities so you can guide clients responsibly within your scope of practice. By the end, you will be able to run a structured measurement and review system that personalises every recommendation and supports lasting client results.
