The Applied Supplementation Course gives health and fitness professionals a rigorous, evidence-based grounding in supplement science and how to apply it safely in client practice. Across twelve modules, you will learn the core science behind supplementation before working through the vitamins, minerals, core health supplements, and longevity compounds most relevant to client outcomes. The course then moves into application: personalising supplement protocols, writing structured action plans, sourcing quality products, and understanding supplement testing. It closes with how to integrate supplementation into a wider client offering and build it into a sustainable revenue stream. By the end, you will be able to recommend supplements with confidence, evidence, and appropriate professional caution.
