Applied Stress Course

Description

The Applied Stress Course equips health and fitness professionals with the science and practical tools to help clients understand and manage chronic stress. Across eight modules, you will learn the biology of stress and how it disrupts the body's major systems, then learn to assess and screen clients using validated, multi-domain tools to determine suitability for coaching. You will also learn to interpret objective and subjective stress testing and design structured, evidence-based programmes that combine exercise, breathing, sleep, nutrition, and psychological strategies. The course closes with how to integrate stress coaching into a wider practice, build a commercially successful service, and deliver it to a professional, compliant standard.
