The Applied Sleep Course equips health and fitness professionals with the science and practical tools to coach clients on sleep as a foundation for health and performance. Across eight modules, you will learn the biology of sleep, the health conditions and outcomes sleep coaching can address, and how to assess and screen clients to determine appropriate scope of practice. You will also learn to interpret sleep testing data from clinical and consumer sources and design personalised, evidence-based sleep optimisation programmes that support lasting behaviour change. The course closes with how to integrate sleep coaching into a broader practice, build a commercially successful service, and deliver it to a professional, compliant standard.
