Applied NAD+ Course

Applied NAD+ Course

Description

The Applied NAD+ Course is a nine-module CPD certification that teaches practitioners how to deliver NAD+ and longevity medicine safely, precisely and profitably. It is written for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, functional medicine practitioners, nutritionists, health coaches and aesthetic practitioners who want to work with NAD+ therapeutics to a clinical standard rather than as a wellness add-on. The course covers the science of NAD+ and cellular ageing, the full product portfolio, the diagnostic panels that make every recommendation evidence-based, protocol and programme design, advanced condition-specific protocols, the commercial model, and the governance framework that holds it together. Throughout, one rule governs everything: no product is recommended before assessment is complete.

Prerequisites

This course is designed for practising health professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, functional medicine practitioners, nutritionists, health coaches and aesthetic practitioners. No prior knowledge of NAD+ biochemistry is assumed; the science is taught from first principles. What is assumed is an existing professional practice, a clear understanding of your own scope, and appropriate professional indemnity insurance. Please note that this CPD course provides educational knowledge only. It does not extend your legal or professional scope of practice, and it does not qualify anyone to prescribe, to administer intravenous or injectable therapies, or to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Module 4: Diagnostics, Functional Testing and Precision Assessment

The mandatory minimum pre-therapy panel with a defined action for every abnormal result, telomere and epigenetic biological age testing and which clock to use for which job, the four-tier diagnostic panel structure, metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, inflammatory and nutritional markers read against functional optimum ranges, five genetic variants that change protocols, wearables and continuous glucose data, ethnicity-specific testing modifications, and a five-step interpretation framework.

Module 5: Precision Product Selection and Clinical Decision Making

The Five Rights framework applied end to end, the three-step route decision tree, seven population-specific protocols covering perimenopause, post-menopause, male andropause, athletic performance, executive burnout, healthy ageing and Long COVID, ethnicity-specific protocol modifications, the full contraindication table read route by route, the session-by-session pre-treatment checklist, and the KPI framework with defined adjustment triggers.

Module 6: Programme Design, Protocol Building and Client Action Planning

The five-step protocol design framework, the three-phase programme architecture of foundation, restoration and optimisation, four duration frameworks from thirty days to a full year, three complete programme templates with week-by-week dosing, demographic programme adjustments, the eleven-component client action plan, the thirty, ninety and one hundred and eighty day review structures, six required documents, and the retention conversations that decide whether anyone finishes.

Module 7: Advanced Clinical Protocols and Case Management

Ten red flag presentations requiring medical clearance, and seven condition-specific protocols covering Parkinson's disease, alcohol use disorder and addiction recovery, Long COVID and post-viral fatigue, severe menopausal syndrome, periodised athletic performance, traumatic brain injury rehabilitation support and metabolic syndrome. Plus the full adverse event profile with incidence and management, and the one-page GP letter structure that builds a referral relationship.

Module 8: Business Integration, Revenue Models and Practice Growth

The NADclinic partner model, nine layered revenue streams, four-tier membership design and the retention behaviours that sustain it, cost-based and value-based pricing from your own break-even, ASA CAP Code and MHRA marketing compliance applied to real copy, GP and corporate referral strategy, the six metrics that describe practice health, clinical environment requirements including indemnity, and digital presence essentials.

Module 9: Governance, Safety, Ethics and Regulatory Compliance

The UK regulatory landscape across MHRA, CQC, ASA, ICO, professional regulators and anti-doping, MHRA classification and Patient Group Directions, informed consent to the Montgomery standard, UK GDPR and special category data, scope of practice by registration, the seven pillars of clinical governance, significant event analysis and complaints management, the ethical pressure points of longevity medicine, professional development, and the clinical governance folder.
