With over 30 years of experience across sport science, personal training, and applied movement neurology, David has worked with athletes, teams, and individuals around the world to help them move better, think sharper, and perform stronger.
His philosophy combines evidence-based science with practical coaching, focusing on long-term empowerment through education, behavioural change, and nervous system awareness. David also mentors fitness professionals globally, developing multi-level education programmes that raise industry standards and bridge the gap between science and application.

Andreas is the Chief Technology Officer at Optimum Performance Academy, where he leads the development of the technology, systems and digital platforms that support performance, wellbeing and business growth. His work includes website and app development, CRM infrastructure, AI-driven tools and customer journey optimisation, with a focus on making high-level coaching and performance support more accessible.
Passionate about sport, particularly football and the NFL, Andreas is interested in how training, recovery and technology can improve performance. He also enjoys clay shooting, a sport that demands precision, focus and mental discipline.
Holding a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, he combines his interests in human performance and emerging technology to help people perform and live better.

His background spans professional and international rugby, high-performance football, and advanced health technologies including genetic and epigenetic testing.
Holding a Degree in Sports Science and a Master’s in Teaching, Education and Learning, Wez combines academic expertise with real-world experience as a professional athlete, educator, mentor, and performance coach. He has worked with elite athletes, practitioners, and coaches across the health, longevity, and performance sectors.
At Optimum Performance Academy, Wez leads educational strategy, genetics-based coaching, and business mentorship, helping practitioners and organisations improve client outcomes through evidence-based performance and longevity solutions.
