A dynamic, energising session that helps your body move the way it’s designed to.
This class emphasises:
• Joint-friendly strength patterns
• Coordination, balance and functional motion
• Low-impact drills to improve movement confidence
• Skills that translate directly into daily life and sports

Friday - 10.30–11.00am
Core & Balance
End the week by building the foundations that support every movement you make.
This class targets:
• Deep core strength that protects the spine
• Balance and stability to reduce injury risk
• Pelvic and trunk control
• Better posture and functional strength

Stretch & Release
Start the week with a session designed to release tension, improve flexibility and calm the nervous system.
This class focuses on:
• Gentle stretching to reduce stiffness
• Controlled mobility drills for the spine, hips and shoulders
• Breath-led relaxation to improve recovery
• Movements that improve posture and ease everyday aches

Wednesday - 10.30–11.00am
Movement & Motion
