We combine longevity science, genetics, epigenetics, blood analysis, neuroscience, movement assessment, and evidence-based lifestyle coaching to understand how each individual’s body and brain truly function. Using DNA testing, detailed biomarker analysis, functional neurology, stress-resilience methods, nutrition planning, and intelligent strength and movement training, we create tailored plans that align with each person’s biology and long-term goals.
